Half of young basque people have lost their jobs during the crisis

The OECD confirmed the double speed occurring at the start of the crisis. As the economy begins to return to positive numbers or not so worrisome, although the signals are weak, refuses employment and unemployment estimates will continue at high levels until 2011.
